Early in 2002, Laura was looking for a creative outlet that might also be a source of revenue, so she began looking at jewelry and, specifically, wire sculpture. After studying the educational material for a while and not getting a whole lot out of it, Michael stepped in and instantly began to work the metal into ornate designs.

About that same time, Michael suffered a work-related illness that left him unable to perform the duties of a firefighter any longer.

Laura loved the jewelry she had seen in Italy and couldn't find anything like it here in the US, so she started to order beads from Venice, Italy. She then began making beaded jewelry that she liked.

From that time on, we have been designing and making fine handcrafted, one-of-a-kind jewelry.
